MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO PURCHASE A LONG GUN and there is a 10 Business Day Delay for Background Check.

PRIVATE PARTY TRANSFERS "PPT"
1. Buyer and Seller must have a Nevada Drivers License with current address or Military ID with NV PCS Orders (No ID Cards).
2. Buyer and Seller must be over the age of 21 years old.
3. PPT Fee per serial number is $40.00 or 3-4 for $100.00 plus NV Tax on Fee 8.375% within same transaction between parties.
4. The State of Nevada will conduct a Background Check free of charge. No CCW's are accepted in lieu of Background Check on PPT.
5. Both Buyer and Seller will come into NORTHWEST ARMS, 4450 N. Tenaya Way Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV and Buyer will fill out the ATF Form 4473 to purchase the firearm and conduct a Background Check.
6. Background Checks usually take about 3-6 hours and they are open until 4pm every day. If we do not get through same day, you can pick up the following day once your background check has cleared and you receive a Text Message.
7. We do not release PPT firearms on Background Checks that come back as "UNRESOLVED" unless you possess a valid NV Concealed Firearms Permit.
We have the right to refuse any transfer at the discretion of the NWA team.

BUYING A FIREARM ONLINE and shipping to NWA - $40 per serial number or $100 for up to 4 serial numbes from same dealer/transaction
REQUIREMENTS:
1. WE DO NOT ACCEPT FROM INDIVIDUALS. FFL's ONLY. Any Transfer received from NON-FFLs will be Refused.
2. The person buying the firearm must use his/her own credit card and be the person picking up the firearm. A receipt with last 4 digits of CC used must be in the box with the firearm to confirm the purchaser. We will charge you a $20 Fee if we have to obtain it.
3. When you purchase from another store, the shipping store must collect NV 8.375% sales tax or we CAN NOT ACCEPT IT. Ship to another store. We will return to sender and will not forward to another store.
4. You must be a current customer of NWA and previously bought a firearm from NWA. If not, you must call the store and get prior approval. If we receive and you are not a customer, it will be refused and returned. We will not forward to another store.
5. You must be 21 years old and have a NEVADA DRIVERS LICENSE or Military ID with NV PCS Orders. We DO NOT ACCEPT STATE ID CARDS.
6. The shipping store must put a receipt in the box with a line item for cost of firearm and sales tax collected. If the firearm arrives without this documentation, there will be an additional $20 Fee.
If the store you are buying from will not provide the above, ship to a different store.
We reserve the right to refuse any Transfer at the sole discretion of the NWA Team.

ONCE THE ABOVE HAS BEEN MET:
1. Do not call NWA and say your Transfer is here can I pick up.
2. We will receive the firearm and process it according to ATF's guidelines. This can take several hours or up to 24 hours.
3. Once we have completed the required acquisition, NWA will send you a Text Message with the phone number provided. If you do not receive the Text Message, we may refuse the Transfer.
4. With the Text Message received, you will come into NWA within 7 days of receiving firearm to conduct the Background check and fill out the ATF Form 4473.
5. The Background Check has a State mandatory Fee of $25.00 and could take anywhere from 3 hours to 4 business days. If you have a valid NV Concealed Firearms Permit, the $25 Fee is waived and must present the physical card with your Drivers License when filling out the 4473.
6. When we get a response from the State on your Background Check with a PROCEED (We do not release on "DELAY", "UNRESOLVED", or "DENY"), we will send you a Text Message to come back and pick up your firearm. The Text could be hours or 4 days later.
7. Once you pass the Background Check with a PROCEED, you will come in and re-certify ATF Form 4473 and pay the Fee(s) within 7 days of the Background Check.
We reserve the right to refuse any Transfer at any time during the process at the sole discretion of the NWA Team.

SHIPPING OUT A FIREARM through NWA
If you need to ship out a Firearm, we charge $40 per serial number and cost of shipping. Cost of shipping is exact based on weight and size of firearm. Standard handguns average $25 - $60+ based on weight and/or insurance. Standard long guns average $40 - $100+ based on weight, length and/or insurance.
Insurance is not included, if you do not request it, we will not add it. It is recommended that you request insurance.
We ship USPS, FEDEX and UPS. If you or the FFL do not have a preference, we will choose one for you.
We do not ship out firearms until the Receiving FFL has sent us a copy of their License. Once we have their License, we ship out within 24 hours or on the next business day Pick Up.
We provide the box and packaging at no cost. We must verify serial number and contents of package - Do NOT bring to us boxed up and sealed.
NO LOCKS.
NO AMMO. We do not ship Ammo. Any ammo found will be disposed of.
We DO NOT SHIP to CALIFORNIA.
